Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (email: info@arocare.co) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). --- Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will bear the return costs yourself, unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
